It can be used for a range of different soft tissues injuries such as muscle strains, tight and sore muscles and more.

Our Chiropractors have their Dry Needling Certification and use this technique on patients that are eligible.

exercise & Rehab

At Chiro & Co. we have a fully equipped rehab gyms & facilities to assist in exercise & strengthening. We often use these techniques in combination with manual (“hands on”) therapy to get the best results for our patients.

Our Chiropractor Nicole is also trained as a Strength & Conditioning Coach which is further helpful to patients with their exercise.

Strengthening and rehabilitation decrease the chance of issues from occurring in the future which is why we use them for patient management.

We use Physitrack – an exercise based app – to track and update our patients exercises.

pregnancy care

Patients present to the Chiropractor during their pregnancy for a range of different musculoskeletal concerns. These can range from midback and rib pain, to lower back, sciatica and neck pain.

We do a thorough examination and assessment prior to treatment to ensure it’s safe to work on your body. We adjust your position and our techniques as your belly grows & we have Belly pillows so you can lay comfortably on the table.

Chiropractic Care for Pregnancy

gentle treatment

Some patients aren’t a fan on manual manipulation on their body. Other patients cannot get this type of treatment due to health concerns. That is why we offer a range of gentle techniques so you can still get some relief of aches and pains.

These gentle techniques include:

  • Activator (“the clicker”) – gives a small & painless impulse into joints to get movement
  • Pelvic wedges – help stretch out lower back joints whilst laying on-top of them
  • Drop piece table – requires no twisting for the lower back manipulation, the drop piece falls away when we push on your joint to lighten the impact
  • Muscle release – we use a range of tools such as manual stretching, trigger point, vibration massage to release tight muscles
